We offer 1 Year Money Back Guarantee with most of our products. Each product section states its specific return policies. In most cases, the return policy includes a Full Refund (minus the shipping charges); but with a number of product lines, such as our Peace Ball, there is also a re-stocking fee. This is clearly explained in the return policy of each specific product line. This page outlines our General Return Policy. Again, all of this is clearly explained in the return policies of the specific products, which you can read about in those product sections on this page.
Within the first Year in your possession, you may return your item for any reason. If that is your desire, you first need to Contact Us and tell us the issue. We will try to resolve it for you. If that is not possible, you can send your item back for a refund, on all of our Peace Balls and Neutralizers. You can read about that on our Peace Balls and Neutralizers Return Policy section. We must receive product before the end of guarantee period.

If you have any damage of any kind to your item and you want to return or exchange it, you must contact us within the FIRST 7 DAYS in your possession, and we will replace the damaged item, at no extra charge to you (accept shipinng back costs - you need to cover it), or we will accept your return (accept shipinng back costs - you need to cover it). If you have such damage, and you contact us AFTER the first 7 days, you will have to pay to get that damaged item replaced, and if you want to return the damaged item for a refund, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This is the reason why: If you are contacting us about a damaged item, and it is after 7 days in your possession, it is possible that it was damaged while in your possession, and we are not responsible for such damage.
Conditions For Getting a Refund
In order to get your refund, we must receive your item in PERFECT CONDITION, including all instruction booklets and sheets. So, it is very important that you package your item in the same (or similar) protective packaging materials that it came to you in. If there is any damage in shipping, we cannot give you a refund, and you will have to put in a claim with your shipper. UPS is usually very fast about paying on their claims. You must pay your own shipping charges when sending back an item. When we receive your item and we make sure it is in perfect condition, we will issue you your refund.

The Way You Receive Your Refund:
We have to pay a transaction fee on all credit card transactions, including Credit Backs, but we will absorb that fee for refunds Under $200. But if your refund is for $200 or more, your refund will be in the form of a Check, which you will receive in the mail. Check will be issed 21 days from the day we receive products in perfect conditions.

You can upgrade Peace Ball or Neutralizers you bought from MicroAlpha Inc. paying difference in price plus a $15.00 restocking fee (if product has no physical damage).
Option 1
You can buy new - stronger Peace Ball or Neutralizer (Neutralizers) in our On-line store. After receiving it you need to send us older one with all documentation belongs to it. When we receive your old Peace Ball or Neutralizers in "OK" condition we will refund your account with value of old Peace Ball or Neutralizers minus refurbish fee - $ 15.00 CAD for each product. This method prevents interruptions with use of Peace Ball and Neutralizers.
Option 2
You need to contact us by e-mail. Next - we will send you new invoice with upgrade price (new Peace Ball or Neutralizers - old Peace Ball or Neutralizers prices + refurbish fee - $ 15.00 CAD for each product + applicable taxes). After paying new invoice you need to ship old Peace Ball or Neutralizers with all documentation belongs to it to us. When we receive your old Peace Ball or Neutralizers in "OK" condition we will send new Peace Ball or Neutralizers.
