What is wrong with Smart Meter?

I struggle to understand if EMFs are really affecting my health (which is very, very bad and seemingly gets worse every day). However, over the years I have spent thousands of dollars and now get medical help, so before I can borrow money to buy EMF protection devices or grounding washers (?), I need to know more. Where are the mentioned double-blind studies in this article? If I could post a link to them, that might convince my family and friends to help.

 

Since they installed this smart meter we decided to live in the basement as it was impossible to sleep or even live upstairs in the house. We painted the wall with special paint and bought special curtains to protect us, but it is very difficult to stay outside. I am worried about children, they are more sensitive, what about babies and birds? We even thought about moving ... I'm sure the meters will cause a lot of health problems.

 

From December 2010 to April 2011, four "smart meters" were installed within 20 feet of our bed. Since then, we have had headaches, ringing in the ears, palpitations and insomnia ONLY when we sleep in our bed in this house. We had SDG & E several times and asked to give up "smart meters" and go back to the analog. SDG & E officials say there is NO alternative to "smart meters"! Also the main "smart meter" of our city block is in front of our house, we move so little that we don't know what to do! Friends in Northern California tell us that PG&E offers its customers an opt-out program. In addition, many local cities have chosen not to have "smart meters" at all. Why can't SDG & E give us the same option on Southern Calif ?.

 

All our bodies are delicate, organic bioelectric systems and are not adapted to the constant bathing of electric frequencies that emit WiFi and smart meters. It's so toxic and needs to be dealt with so I can step out from behind the foil screen. There was nowhere to turn. Society had nothing to offer me in terms of help.

 

Recently, I tried to spend the night in a neighborhood that had smart meters in a house that was on the delay list and had none. After 8 hours, I was so sick that I had to leave at 2:30 in the morning. If I stayed for another 10 hours, I would be vomiting and convulsing. The opt-out plan is not a viable solution to health problems. Smart meters should not be inserted until health problems are resolved.

 

My body is very sensitive to electric fields and I demand that the CA, who is normally so ecologically aware, take responsibility for these meters and put an end to them. Make electric companies and their investors swallow the costs and not pass them on to their customers. We did not ask for this false improvement. Carol Church, Placer County CA.

 

22 smart meters have been installed in our building. They are located directly below our apartment. On 26, 2011, my husband suffered a tonic-clonic seizure while sleeping. All tests turned out well. But now he's on anti-epileptic drugs. However, I notice that his hands tremble at night when he is asleep. Then more slowly I started to feel tremors in my feet which climbed up my legs and then developed tremors. I have never had such an impression in my life. When I'm not at work during the day, it passes and I don't have these symptoms. Also in our apartment, especially in the bedroom, my ears are ringing, which I have never had here before. I used to be able to completely relax in my bedroom, but now it always feels like I'm lying in an electric magnetic field.

  

I only live with a smart timer for 3 weeks and suffer from nausea, anxiety, depression and a low degree of headache. Before moving to the neighborhood of smart meters, I had none of these symptoms. Smart meters emit pulsed microwave radiation, which has been found harmful to health in numerous studies. I want my smart meter removed but PG and E told me I had no choice. I will continue my protests until the meter is removed and the longer I have to wait, the more I will speak about the violation of my privacy by PG and Es, installing a device that is harmful to my health and refusing to remove it.

 

I was hoping to be able to "live" with a smart meter - after all, so many people seemingly have no influence on it. However, when I went to move the garbage cans (which are about 10 feet from it) the first thing I noticed was a headache and a stiff neck and a growing awful feeling which included nausea and dizziness.

 

As the days went by, I found it hard to breathe well, as if I was heavy on my chest and tightness in my chest. I also noticed that my heart beats differently. I felt panic, an urge to run away, but there was nowhere to go. Nausea / dizziness remained low, with some confusion and balance issues, flu-like symptoms. There were headaches that came like a whip punching deeply into my brain.

 

So I wanted to try to describe what it is like, "smart counter air": the air fills a kind of buzzing, a very, very gentle but nasty kind of shredding, dissonant crushing. Alameda County.

 

A few years ago, I installed a smart meter in my home. I now wonder if the smart meter was the cause of my sudden chronic headaches and dizziness, which has left me about 25% functional to this day.

 

They installed our smart meter about 3 months ago and I have been very sick from the day it was installed. My husband, who never gets a headache, now has 24 hours. I have been very sensitive to RF / EMF since 2005 when a neighbor installed 2 Sprint cell towers in the neighborhood and we were forced to sell and move. We're trying to move now, but you've put smart meters in every home that might work for me. Why don't you have a Radio Sensitive Emergency Plan? You turned my life into hell and you don't even give me the option to reinstall my old meter even with Drs. a note saying how sick I am.

 

Smart Meter is destroying my dream. Since the Smart Meter was placed in my house, I couldn't sleep through the night. The smart meter was installed just a meter from the headboard of our bed (on the outer wall of our bedroom). Before it was installed, I was able to safely sleep through the night. My husband has had an intense sensitivity to electricity / EMF for the last 10 years. This had a huge impact on our family, of course. He had to quit his job a few years ago due to the working environment, and as new cellular antennas and towers emerged, we often worried about having to move. So far we have managed to stay in the Bay Area where we have lived all our lives.

 

I personally encountered the smart meter when PGE installed it at my neighbor's house 25 feet away on May 7, 2010. I did not expect that he would notice anything from one gas meter at this distance. However, as the days went by, I felt worse and worse, with palpitations, irregular heartbeats, headaches, slight dizziness / weakness, emotional anxiety, restlessness and inner agitation, especially when I was on this side of our house. When I went for a walk in the countryside, the headache went away and I felt better overall, but the symptoms returned when I got home.

 

However, these RF transmissions from smart meters are not limited to just once or twice a day, as they also transmit intermittently once or more per minute 24/7 with a slightly lower but still harmful power density transmission. This is to synchronize the smart meters so that when the transmission time comes, which is at midnight, for example, in the southern California service area of Edison, they will function properly.
